Meet the passionate individuals behind the Youth Sustainability Council. Our team is made up of dedicated young leaders, environmental advocates, and experts committed to creating lasting, positive change for our planet.

  ADVISORY BOARD

  • Carlos M. Duarte is a marine scientist and research chair at KAUST, specializing in the impact of global change on marine ecosystems. He pioneered the concept of Blue Carbon as a nature-based solution to climate change and leads major ocean initiatives like Oceans 2050. Duarte has published over 1,000 papers and is ranked among the top marine biologists and climate scientists globally.a

  • Alex Allard is a French entrepreneur with a strong focus on sustainability and urban regeneration. He is the founder of Cidade Matarazzo, a groundbreaking project in São Paulo that blends historical preservation with sustainable urban development. Allard is also co-founder of AYA Earth Partners, a coalition dedicated to accelerating Brazil’s transition to a low-carbon economy. His work emphasizes using innovative, nature-based solutions to address environmental challenges while creating spaces that balance cultural heritage and sustainability.

  • Anna Kebke is a PhD researcher in marine mammal science at the University of Glasgow with a focus on multidisciplinary research. She leads sustainability initiatives for the E1 Series, the world’s first electric race boat championship, through the Blue Impact Programme. Anna’s background includes contributing to SailGP’s Impact League and working with Sky Ocean Rescue. She has also advised the Scottish Government on renewable energy and led international social impact projects. Additionally, Anna engages younger generations through a STEM motorsport outreach programme in Edinburgh.

  • Luciana is a Brazilian investor, entrepreneur, and Chairman of the Board of the Brazil Climate Summit. She co-founded eB Capital, a private equity firm focused on scaling businesses that address structural gaps in Brazil. Luciana advocates for a new, more ethical capitalism that drives positive transformations and benefits future generations, while delivering strong returns for investors and stakeholders.

  • Vicente Del Rio founded Integra Partners at UBS in 2020, where he leads investment, wealth transfer, credit, and philanthropic services for family offices and ultra-high-net-worth clients. He specializes in guiding clients through complex wealth management issues, focusing on generational decision-making and holistic financial solutions. With over a decade of experience, Vicente previously worked at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Miami. He graduated from Emory University and grew up between Atlanta and Mexico City. Vicente now resides in Miami with his wife Silvia and their two daughters, Micaela and Emilia.

    Siena Claure is passionate about leadership and sustainability, with experience in coral conservation, youth empowerment, and environmental advocacy. She has interned with Cordap and Aspire and is working to inspire meaningful change in her community.

    Aiden is a senior at Beaver Country Day School in Newton, MA, with a passion for music and robotic engineering. He is deeply committed to sustainability and exploring how technology can contribute to a greener future.

    Malina is a freshman at Zeeland West High School in Michigan. She is passionate about spreading climate awareness, taking walks to clean up local beaches, and engaging her community in conversations about sustainability.


  • Will Duhl

    Website Manager

    Will is a sophomore at Packer Collegiate Institute in Brooklyn, NY. Passionate about environmental preservation, he explores his interests through research and internships, aiming to empower youth to fight climate change.


  • Jacob Brodsky

    Jacob is a junior at Newark Academy in New Jersey who enjoys music, math, and wrestling. He is passionate about bridging the gap between profitability and environmental preservation.

    Amaya is a senior at The New School for the Arts and Academics in Tempe, AZ. She has a deep passion for storytelling and sustainability, believing in the power of words to drive positive environmental change.

    Angela is a senior at Fairland High School in Proctorville, OH, with a passion for biomedical engineering and sustainability. She serves as Vice President of the Clean and Green Club and works to promote sustainable practices in her community.

    Olivia is a senior at Park Tudor in Indianapolis, IN. She is also an aspiring lawyer and musician, deeply committed to sustainability as part of her generation's responsibility for the future.

    Farrah is a senior at Harrison High School in Harrison, NY. With her experience in writing and nonprofit leadership, she is committed to raising awareness about climate change and advocating for sustainable practices in law and business.
